Welcome to Parent Launch — Fall 2026!
Your Racer is about to step into the adventure of a lifetime. And so are you.Parent Launch is your invitation to walk into this season with eyes wide open and heart fully engaged. Over these two days on the Adventures in Missions campus in Gainesville, Georgia, you'll get to know our staff, meet other parents who are right where you are, and catch a real glimpse of what your Racer is about to experience on the World Race.
This isn't just a long goodbye. It's the beginning of your own journey.
While your Racer prepares to be sent, you're being invited into something too — a year of trust, of intercession, of watching God do things you couldn't have orchestrated yourself. We want to launch you well. We want you to leave this weekend excited about what's ahead, connected to people walking the same road, and equipped with the resources, the relationships, and the perspective to release your son or daughter into God's hands with confidence.

Who Should Register
Please register everyone (except your Racer) who plans to attend. Your Racer is already registered through their own Launch. Grandparents and siblings are welcome — as long as your Racer is on board — and will be expected to attend all sessions. Requests for exceptions outside of immediate family or grandparents should be sent by your Racer to Noelle Charles at [email protected].Event Details

Friday, August 28 1:45 – 5:00 pm — Registration and afternoon session5:00 – 6:30 pm — Dinner for parents
7:00 – 9:00 pm — Joint worship and teaching with parents and Racers
Saturday, August 29 8:00 am – 12:15 pm — Morning session: Parent Vision Trips, alumni parent Q&A, resources for the year ahead
12:15 – 2:30 pm — Lunch provided by Chick-Fil-A on campus with your Racer
What's Included
Your $125 registration covers Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast snacks and lunch, coffee and snacks throughout, printed materials, signage, chairs, and the costs of bringing alumni parent volunteers in to serve you.
Transportation and lodging are your responsibility.
A Note on Lodging
If you live locally, you're welcome to stay at home — sessions run until about 9 pm Friday and start again at 8 am Saturday. There are several hotel options nearby in Gainesville, plus AirBnBs in the area. We'll send a list of recommended hotels with your registration confirmation.
We do everything we can to keep costs low. Late registration begins [August 19th] at 12:01 am Eastern.
