The video above is from my original World Race in 2019 where I went as a participant. Little did I know after these 8 months on the field the Lord would call me back to lead other racers on their trips. Being a racer was great and being a squad leader was a great privilege and gift to be a part of the lives of so many young adults who are seeking the Lord. Now I’m stepping into the role of squad mentor!
As a mentor I will be going through 2 intensive weeks of training here at our base in Gainesville, GA. Then I will launch with our squad to Costa Rica and spend a few weeks helping the squad settle into squad norms, ministry and setting a healthy culture. I will then leave them and head to Guatemala (for the first time!!) and spend some time dreaming and planning with the Lord for what He has for me this year. I’ll also have opportunities to visit our AIM base and see first hand how the Lord is working through those ministry outlets. I’m looking forward to this time of receiving from the Lord and getting new vision and passion for 2026.
What a privilege it is to serve on another mission with Adventures in Missions. This is my first time squad mentoring with AIM! I love what God is doing in this new generation and the hunger they have to KNOW Him. Thank you for partnering with me in this journey and being apart of what God is doing here in our country and in countries all over the world. I would not be able to do what the Lord has called me to do without your partnership in prayers and financial support. I thank God for His blessings in your life and your obedience to therefore be a blessing to others. Thank you for being a ‘sender’ so I can be a ‘goer’. We all play a part in growing the kingdom of God.
