From the moment God stirred my heart for the nations, I knew missions would be more than something I “do”—it would be who I am. The words of Jesus in Matthew 28:19, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations…”, have anchored my journey. My passion is to see lives transformed by the Gospel while also equipping others to discover and live out their Kingdom calling.
Today, I serve as the Mobilization Manager with Adventures in Missions, where I oversee the mobilization process for all regions and countries we serve. In this role, I lead mobilizers, provide strategic direction, and encourage others to serve out of their unique gifting. Beyond logistics, I mentor, disciple, and activate individuals to embrace missions as a lifestyle, not just a trip.
This past year alone, 186 teams were mobilized to 41 countries and locations around the world, with nearly 1,000 participants sent out. These teams brought the Gospel into communities through after-school programs, sports camps, visiting shelters, and serving families in need. Each number represents a story of transformation, like what I witnessed in Puerto Rico.
A pastor I mobilized took 40 students on their first mission trip. Many of them barely knew each other at the start. But over the course of the week, something powerful happened—walls came down, hearts softened, and they became a true team. They encouraged one another, served side by side, and built deep connections rooted in Christ. Individually, students stepped into leadership roles for the first time and gained a fresh vision of what it means to live out their faith.
The transformation didn’t end when the trip was over. Back home, the ripple effects became clear. Several students returned with a renewed passion for Christ and a deeper sense of calling. Many joined their church’s student leadership program and are now actively serving in ministry, influencing peers with the same heart they displayed on the mission field. What began as a week-long trip became a launching pad for lasting Kingdom impact.
Stories like this are why I do what I do. Mobilization is not just about sending teams—it’s about equipping leaders, shaping disciples, and multiplying the reach of the Gospel far beyond a single trip.
My role is fully funded through support raising. Each year, I am required to raise 110% of my salary and ministry expenses, with the additional 10% covering overhead, travel, and training that make this global mobilization possible. While this journey has grown my faith, it also brings ongoing challenges. Your support provides stability, allowing me to dedicate more time to equipping leaders, sending more teams, and strengthening partnerships worldwide.
As Luke 10:2 reminds us, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” My mission is to raise up those workers, send them out, and see God glorified among the nations—one team, one leader, and one life at a time.
