My mission is to disciple and raise up kingdom minded leaders to share the hope of Jesus all over the world. 

I currently provide support to over 100 missionaries on the field by directing the creation and logistical maintenance of all World Race Routes planned and active on the field. I also lead the communication and relationship building with every ministry partner World Race serves globally. That's over 100 contacts at any one time!

Additionally, I have the opportunity to teach and lead at our four week training camps influencing the spiritual development of our participants. My goal is to produce people of God that are MORE filled with the Holy Spirit, MORE ready to lead in the kingdom and MORE capable as people reflecting Christ in all they do. 

We do this by partnering with ministries in country AND by being led by the Holy Spirit to serve recklessly as He leads. We are changing the world because Christ is changing the world with his message of love, hope and truth.
