Costa Rica is an adventurer's paradise, known for its stunning beaches and beautiful rainforests. Outside of the tourist destinations, however, are large pockets of poverty and family brokenness. The people of Costa Rica need to remember the unchanging love of Jesus—and that it is still real and relevant to their lives.

On this mission trip, Beauty for Ashes will serve the women living in impoverished barrios alongside our ministry partner, Transforma. You will minister to various groups of women including single mothers, survivors of sexual exploitation, and immigrants.

Your team will:

• Host Beauty for Ashes retreats, creating a space for God to bring hope, healing, and redemption to the stories of local women.

• Be equipped to share about topics such as worth, identity, healing, and forgiveness with others through storytelling and vulnerability.

• Build meaningful relationships with your team and those with whom you minister.

• Gain a deeper understanding of who God is and who you are as His daughter.
