Hello! My name is John Michael Teter

I am thrilled to share that I will be embarking on a life-changing mission trip this October. With a passion for serving others, I have committed myself to this incredible opportunity to make a positive impact. 

During this mission trip, I will be dedicating my time and skills to helping communities in Guatemala, Cambodia, Eswatini, and South Africa who are in need. Together with a team of passionate individuals, we will be working to provide essential resources, support education, promote healthcare, and empower local residents to create sustainable change.

Who I am

Growing up in a military family, I have had the privilege of experiencing diverse cultures and communities, which has shaped my outlook on the world and instilled in me a deep sense of gratitude for the sacrifices made by those who serve. 

Sports and outdoor activities have always been a significant part of my life. As a swimmer, rock climber, runner, athlete, and hiker, I thrive on the physical and mental challenges that these activities provide.

I love Jesus! It is through His death and resurrection that I find redemption, forgiveness, and eternal hope.

Ephesians 2:8–9
"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."
