Launched in 2024 through a partnership between Bethel Missions and The World Race, this 8-month journey equips graduates of Bethel's Supernatural School of Ministry to become global ambassadors of the Kingdom of God. Starting every September, teams travel through the 10/40 Window, partnering with long-term missionaries to share Jesus’ love among the least reached and ignite prayer movements across the region. The Race concludes in early May.

This is a life-changing year for anyone called to reach the nations. Today, with nearly every language of the Bible translated and travel easier than ever, the Great Commission calls us forward. Flaming Arrows from BSSM, transformed by God’s love, are saying “yes” to the call to go and be further equipped for a lifestyle of missions. Bethel World Race is the answer to prayers, building bridges to Unreached People Groups and Bethel’s 12 adopted Tribes.

What will you do?

• Serve alongside long-term missionaries in areas like discipleship, children’s ministry, prayer, and outreach

• Share the love of Jesus with Unreached People Groups and support emerging house churches

• Worship and intercede in every nation, partnering with God for breakthroughs

• Grow in community and discipleship with your team

• Reach some of the 12 tribes Bethel Church has adopted in prayer

• Discern and discover where God might be calling you in the future

 The race covers the 10/40 Window, including:

• Middle East & North Africa

• Central Asia

• Himalayas

• South & Southeast Asia
   

This coming year, teams will focus on reaching Muslim, Hindu, and Buddhist communities. Placement into routes happens during interviews, based on your calling and team needs. 
 

Why the 10/40 Window?

The 10/40 Window includes the majority of the Unreached People Groups in the world. Unreached People Groups are tribes who have fewer than 2% Born-Again Christians. This “window” spans the rectangular area of North Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, between 10 degrees north and 40 degrees north latitude. The nations in the 10/40 Window are the least evangelized countries in the world, and the majority of their populations are followers of Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism. Eight out of ten of the poorest people on earth live in the 10/40 Window. But despite statistics, Jesus is moving across these regions to reveal Himself to the ones He is longing for. 

We regularly receive powerful testimonies of Jesus revealing Himself in supernatural ways across the 10/40 Window. Some share stories of visions and dreams where Jesus appears as the Man in White, offering peace and love to those who have never heard His name. Others are accounts of entire communities coming to faith following miraculous healings—like a crippled child instantly standing and walking, and even resurrections from the dead in new believer gatherings. These encounters break through spiritual barriers, drawing many from Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism to Christ. No place is beyond His reach and He is relentless in His pursuit of every heart.
